Original artwork description
The light at the skyline is accenting the colours of the red roofs (behind the dikes) and the golden fields (daffodils) in a polder in Zeeland. (there where I live)
A polder is a low-lying tract of land that forms an artificial hydrological entity, enclosed by embankments known as dikes.
"Amazing how one tiny splash of red makes the whole sky more intense.
Your low horizon lines are so dramatic and so very Dutch". (D.H.)
"You do great Tranguility Nelly, better than yoga to have one of your calming pictures on the wall". (Fr.M.)
Every moment is different, every moment is new.
The famous Zeelandic light is always playing a great role, the sea is reflecting it.
