Painting inspired by childhood memories, family member roles, fragments and motifs in surrealistic interpretation.
As a child Hanna used to watch a lot of cartoons that later inspired her artistic style. Central figure as selfportrait with Chupa Chups lolypop, portrait of her grandmother on the wall in the background, Hugo as one of her favorite cartoon characters. Her mother on the sofa relaxing while her father is represented as anthropomorfic figure. She switched the roles between her mother and father, so at least in the painting her mother can get a life she deserves. On the left is an elephant figure on the phone that is a symbol for recaling something from the past....
