Reaction to Basquiat 2 was painted just a couple of days after watching Julian Schnabel's masterpiece movie "Basquiat".
He loves artists and feel we are all connected to our cause in some way. He was totally moved by the story, the beauty, the starpower and forces of the acting and the people they were playing. JMB's story is tragic, beautiful, fulfilling, empty, sad, ugly, harsh, funny, thrilling, brave, authentic, joyful all at the same time. It hit him hard and he wished he could have seen it live and in person.
