New York City Lights - 50cm x 60cm x 1.5cm
This is an original, one of a kind, palette knife acrylic on stretched canvas.
Vibrant in colour and texture painting was inspired by streets of New York at night with the Empire State Building, an iconic landmark situated at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street of Manhattan.
Rainy nights in New York City transform the streets, with puddles reflecting the city's lights and creating a sense of drama and mystery. Yellow cabs, pedestrians with umbrellas, and the reflections of city lights on wet pavements can be a truly unforgettable experience, creating a unique and memorable urban atmosphere of New York City.
This statement canvas showcases bright and dynamic kaleidoscope of colours. Crafted with many layers of vibrant hand mixed acrylic paint creating three-dimensional effect with visible palette knife marks and brushstrokes.
