This watercolor captures a quiet dawn at the pier of the town of Potos, located on the Greek Island of Tassos.

The boat, gently swaying on transparent water, as if frozen in the morning calm. Sunlight stains the sky in peach-blue tones, reflected in water and giving it an amazing depth and color.

I tried to create a feeling of peace and lightness, conveying not only visual, but also emotional impressions of the trip. The light flight of seagulls in the sky and a transparent depth near the shore adds a feeling of liveliness and space.

This painting is a memory of summer, the sea and the fleeting silence, which the morning gives in a small coastal town.
