Quiet Waters of Kziv

A watercolor landscape inspired by the Kziv River in northern Israel. Surrounded by sun-warmed rocks and lush Mediterranean vegetation, the flowing water becomes the heart of the composition — a place of movement, reflection and coolness.

Deep blues and greens in the river contrast with the warm ochre, rose and violet tones of the rocks, while translucent washes of light create an airy atmosphere among the trees. Rather than documenting the landscape literally, the painting captures the sensation of being there: the quiet shade, shimmering water and a fleeting moment of stillness within nature.
