Original artwork description
Pearlised blue and aqua ombre contrasted with orange and yellow creating an optical, hazy landscape composition.
I paint wooden panels in soft graded colour ombre's. I then cut them into fine stripes and intersect them with another painted board. The effect is that of a soft greying optical pattern. The texture of the wood grain adds a warm undulating pattern under the paint.
Framed - 40cm x 40cm
Unframed - 37cm x 37cm
