Soft, flowing fragments of the work begins with a snail, an inspiration Kobayashi Issa's poetry, where patience and perseverance become the rhythm of the ascent. The bird is like the fleeting nature, as are the ripe fruits in the center of the painting.
A cascade of abstract symbols flows behind a girl’s profile, her silhouette framed by pale purple flowers, becomes the delicate axis of the work - the promise of spring intertwined with the melancholy of endless change.
