The day is done, the sun has set but the show is not over. From beyond the horizon, light spills into the sky, keeping the darkness at bay with violet, mauve and purple.
These moments, when purple spreads above our heads, excite the eye and elicit awe and wonder from the observant. Lights appear, the evening begins!
