I love the flowers.
As, probably, every woman. I love different flowers; each has its beauty.
I like some flowers more, some less. But peonies always evoke particular feelings in me. I first met these flowers on the eve of my seventeenth birthday. It was also the day before graduation night after graduation.
I have a very developed sense of smell. Peonies amazed me with their delicate scent. Then there were many peonies of pale pink, crimson and white. I liked the white ones the most. They reminded me of airy ballet tutus.
I have painted peonies many times. And now, I wanted to portray not the usual luxurious peony but a thin-leaved peony. Because this species has almost disappeared. It is in the Red Book.
I hope people will find a way to save this beautiful plant from extinction.
