Inspired by a trip to the Welsh coast, I painted the calming St. Catherine's Island from a vantage point on Castle beach, Tenby on a postcard-size canvas as part of my Postcards from the Beach series.
The day was a balmy warm summers afternoon, out of term time, so no one was around.
