Original artwork description
In this painting, I've captured a moment of connection amidst the nostalgic tranquility of a roadside setting. Using acrylics, I created vivid realism with emotive color contrasts—the azure of a clear sky against the earthy tones of vintage automobiles. This image embodies transient solitude paired with companionship, symbolizing the journeys, both literal and metaphorical, that shape our stories and selves. I wish I could transport myself somewhere far away in space and time, to a place where there was faith in a bright future. To a place where people lived in peace, filled with optimism and hope for a better tomorrow. To a place where each day was filled with joy and tranquility, and the future looked bright and cloudless. For texture before painting, a layer of textured paste with small glass particles is applied. Dutch acrylic paints from Amsterdam and Italian fine-grained cotton canvas by Unico were used. Finish - satin varnish. The edges are painted. I called this series "Life in Avatar."
