The painting "Portal" is a participant in the "All Media Show February - March" exhibition at the "ART WORKS" gallery, Richmond, Virginia, USA.
This painting came to me as I was thinking about who we are as humans, where we came from, and where are we supposed to go.
To me, we came to the Earth with a purpose. It seems as if another universe has sent us here - the universe in which we must return. I call it the Universe of Light.
On Earth, we’ve experienced love and we shall pass it onto the Universe.
We must all return to the Universe of Light for it is the unfeigned version of life which is utterly breathtaking.
By the way, this painting is one of my favorites. It enchants me with its light. I can stare at the Light for hours…
