Original artwork description
This view is looking up the Nidderdale valley from a small village called Hampsthwaite in North Yorkshire. There is a big field in the foreground of the view that is normally home to lots of sheep but I thought it would look lovely filled with red poppies.
This painting is on box canvas, and continues around the sides so it's ready to hang on the wall. 2 coats of satin varnish are added for protection.
