Painted with just a few colours this is a fine example of what can be done with a night scene. Rather then a romantic ruin of a castle I have shown the shell of the Industrial Revolution. It shows a Mill that was once used for Britain's largest export in the 18th and early 19th Century...Cotton.

Thin layers of pigment help create a misty effect.
