Original artwork description
This artwork grew out of beach memories and watching waves crash and dissolve, leaving graphic traces on the sand. I wanted to translate that energy while keeping a reduced palette – white, gray, black and blue – to stay in a calm, elegant coastal atmosphere. The gestures are fluid, almost calligraphic, with darker areas that anchor the composition and give it rhythm. “Pismo Beach” is a strong yet soothing piece, ideal for a bright living room or a refined workspace.
