The umbrellas are gently floating down and a ripple appears where a raindrop has fallen. My intention with this painting was to create a feeling of calm whilst allowing the viewer to decide its meaning.

This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on stretched canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to give a semi-gloss finish and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The sides of the painting have been painted pink and the painting has been fitted with picture wire, ready to hang unframed. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.

The painting measures 24 x 30 inches (61 x 76 cm).
