Contemporary Impressionism.
This little painting was inspired by a beautiful sunset seen driving home one evening. I stopped and photographed the scene ready to paint back in the studio. Completed 'en plein air' using loose expressive brush strokes and thick impasto paint. Signed on the front and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
