In this work I used the concept of «flower on turquoise background», which makes the flower stand out in a dramatic way. The combination of soft pink and bright turquoise colours creates a balance of warm and cool.
I used professional grade oils on gallery stretched 1.5 inch deep canvas. The edges have been painted to ensure a nice neat finish.
