Pink in the Morning (2024) Original Acrylic Painting by Grâce Pégéron

60 x 80 x 1.5cm (unframed)

£1,727.74

Five minutes before the world wakes up, the sky does something fabulous and shameless.
Pink. Orange. A smear of white-ish yellow where the sun hasn't decided yet. Gone in ten minutes. I painted it instead.

This isn't a gentle sunrise. It's the bold, slightly chaotic version — acrylic dragged and pushed until the texture stood up on its own. The small circle on the left? That's where the day begins. Everything else is the rush of it.

60 × 80 cm. Unique. Signed on the reverse. Surprisingly heavy for its size, as if the canvas wanted to hold the moment down. It did. It does. Hang it somewhere you need reminding that every morning starts with colour before it starts with anything else.
