Handcrafted sculpture on Lecce stone, designed and created by artist Andrea Serra. Illuminating sculpture “Fold of Time” seems to yield to an invisible force, as if time itself had left its imprint, bending the form into an eternal movement. The work invites silent contemplation, where space is not only empty, but living presence.
Illuminated by an LED strip of warm white light inside it (color tone can be changed on request)
The work is entirely done by hand on this stone which is found only in a very few areas of southern Italy, namely in lower Salento in the province of Lecce. This particular stone of marine origin, rich in plant and animal fossils dating back several million years, makes it suitable for processing details.
The illuminating sculpture "Fiega del Tempo", like every work by Andrea Serra, being hand-carved, is unique and signed in engraving by the artist.
