Simple Abundance captures that breathless suspension when a garden is at its most transcendent, saturated in light and vibrating with life. To me, this work is an intimate study of "the enough." It is a visual manifesto on the hidden richness found within nature’s most fleeting gifts.
I allowed the flowers to emerge from a wash of pure radiance. Utilizing the inherent viscosity of oils, I leaned into a bountiful composition where pigments bleed and merge to create a luminous, atmospheric depth. The intentional, gestural splatters represent the untamed, ever-changing energy of the natural world, lending a rhythmic pulse that commands the room.
