The classic, timeless peony was a delight to draw and develop into a screen print. The softness of the petals are juxtaposed against a subtle textured background.

An original hand-pulled screen print. One colour is printed at a time by hand using a squeegee which pushes ink through the screen onto the paper. For each new colour the artist makes a separate drawing/stencil and different coloured layers are built up to create a design.
