Artwork description
Paul McCartney backstage before The Beatles concert at the Odeon Theatre in Leeds 3 November 1963. I had just begun my career as a professional photographer and used The Beatles to practice my photographic skills -Paul posed for me on several occasions. This photographic effect was produced by using the 40 watt ceiling light in the dressing room. I exposed for Paul's face which made the background darker. I used a 35mm Nikon F camera.
