Before the Storm - by Alanah Jarvis - what a beautiful world we have. I was out on the paddleboard this morning and the sea and sky just put on such a wonderful show. Beautiful reflections on the water mirroring the pretty colours in the clouds. Sometimes we almost need to force ourselves to turn off everything else and just be present.
