In the heart of sprawling Tokyo's historic center, Ueno survives, welcoming tourists seeking exoticism, green parks, and museums. Its vibrant, multicolored surroundings and the remnants of postwar buildings maintain the neighborhood's fame and attract curious visitors.
With broken lines, the artist vividly describes the environment, whose colors leap and expand, coexisting with the urban architecture that crisscrosses the streets. This is the neighborhood.

En el centro historico del gigantesto Tokio, sobrevive Ueno, acogiendo al turismo que busca exotismo, parques verdes o museos. Multicolorido entorno y restos de algun edificio de postguerra, mantienen la fama del barrio y atraen curiosos.
Con las lineas quebradas el autor describe con viveza el entorno cuyos colores saltan y se expanden. Mientras conviven con la arquitectura urbana que cruza autovias sobre los que pasean. Asi es el barrio.
