En el centro historico del gigantesto Tokio, sobrevive Ueno, acogiendo al turismo que busca exotismo, parques verdes o museos. Multicolorido entorno y restos de algun edificio de postguerra, mantienen la fama del barrio y atraen curiosos.
Con las lineas quebradas el autor describe con viveza el entorno cuyos colores saltan y se expanden. Mientras conviven con la arquitectura urbana que cruza autovias sobre los que pasean. Asi es el barrio.
