Artwork description
A colour etching of the beautiful Park Road Lido, a heated outdoor swimming pool in Crouch End, open all year round.
This handmade original print started as a pencil sketch. I redraw my sketch onto grounded zinc before placing the plate in acid which 'bites' the exposed line, leaving grooves to hold ink. When the prints are dry I add a little pink watercolour to areas.
Orders are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue, flat-packed between board and shipped signed and tracked within four days.
