In this work I wanted to merge abstraction with fragments of reality. Torn pieces of printed paper become drifting clouds, floating above a deep earthy landscape. The contrast between fragile textures of paper and the dense layers of paint. For me, this painting is about memory, transience, and the way words dissolve into the sky.
