Painting on wood Maternity theme : The golden embrace.
Painting on a used wood panel, duo of characters mother and daughter in an iconic spirit in black, yellow ochre and gold. Their red hair and costumes are decorated with yellow flowers and gold details. The costumes with floral patterns and gold tips are like a nest refuge, and on a chain a small metal nest with two birds is suspended. The bottom of the wooden block is worked with gold leaf.
Painting on wood 25 x 7.5 x 2 cm thick.
Original piece painted with acrylic and varnished, ready to hang.
Colors black, yellow, gold, the bottom is left in raw wood.
