Original artwork description:

For this painting, I took a different approach. In my recent works, I isolated the sky that shines through the branches and leaves of the trees by filling it with various colours of chrome paint. However, for this piece, I decided to let the sky blend into the overall composition. This change in approach was inspired by a desire to create a calmer atmosphere, and it almost resembles a tapestry due to its soft appearance.
I am committed to pushing the boundaries of my art. I don’t want to stick too much to the same approach, but rather continue experimenting extensively with how different treatments of the foreground and background affect the piece when applied in new ways. This work is a testament to my exploration of various materials. It is made on a 3D aluminium frame measuring 120x120 cm, created with a digitally printed image that is glued onto canvas and then worked on with gel medium, acrylic, oil paint, oil sticks, and a matte varnish.

Materials used:

Print, heavy gel medium, acrylics, oilpaint, oilsticks, chromepaint, satin coating.
