This figurative sculpture has been created from one 12" vinyl music record - nothing has been added to the original circular material, nor removed. The label has been retained and matte varnished (Andy Gibb, "(Our Love) Don't Throw It All Away"). Mounted on mahogany block with mark-making in black and high gloss (12 x 12.5 x 6.5cm).
The sculptures are caught in states of movement, dance and musing. Function becomes form.
