My paintings are often inspired by my love and fascination with ever-changing skies and cloud formation.
In this piece, I tried to capture the golden hue of sunset, as is crept slowly across the evening sky
The beams of light ignite the metallic gold tones, as they shimmer and reflect
- a very striking pallet.
I am always drawn to the movement and mood of the skies and sea - Calm and dreamy, to dramatic and surreal.
I study the sea and skies over Anglesey, North Wales and also the Cheshire hills, close to my home.
