Artwork description
Hand printed woodcut on fine natural Japanese Kozo paper, made from mulberry bark.
This is one of a limited edition of 30 prints made with waterbased inks. Each print is slightly different due to the handmade process. I carved the blocks and used a bamboo baren to rub the image onto the paper, in the Japanese style.
This lightweight paper benefits from being mounted on a white backing.
