Surfing is a big part of my life. I am constantly looking at patterns, light, swell direction, current, texture. Every wave is different in how it breaks, and when it breaks, after it has travelled, sometimes thousands of miles, there is no record of that wave. The energy moves into a different place and unless photographed it is only a memory.

All my work is full frame, not cropped and as it was in life. I print each image and no not outsource anything. I use the finest archival paper by Hahnemuhle, usually Bamboo for it's tonal range and environmental credentials.
