Raymond Postgate is seen here dining on a tangle of rubber bands, I wonder what kind of review he'll be giving this restaurant!
(Incidentally, his son composed the music for Bagpuss)
The piece has been mounted for added stability and then adhered to a 10x8 inch off white thick, acid free paper which shows a margin. The caption that was below the image was too good not to keep as part of the art.
