Original artwork description:

This painting is a tribute to all those who have contributed to the development of the Olympic Games from the beginning to the present day.
It was the ancient Greeks who, in 776 BC, first organized these games as a celebration and tribute to the supreme god Zeus.
During the time of the games, peace had already prevailed at that time, which forbade the warriors of the hostile Greek tribes to wage war. The weapons stopped clanging, the soldiers stopped fighting. That is why you can see in the painting that although there are armed soldiers in it, instead of fighting, they are dancing and celebrating.
They celebrate the peace of arms and peace. So the painting is also a celebration of peace and the joy of life.
