For me blooming oleander is a botanic symbol of Montenegro. Having blossomed in the spring and turned into giant bouquets, oleanders remain incredibly elegant for several months. One of the first things I planted in our garden in Montenegro was a pink oleander. And now every day I can admire its gorgeous beauty. And, of course, paint it!
