Original artwork description
I painted this corner of the village in the quiet of early morning, when the light is still soft and contemplative.
The old well stands here like a keeper of memories, darkened by time and human touch.
The lilac beside it bursts with color—vivid, bold, almost untamed.
The house behind them breathes warmth, though its paint is peeling and the roof is tired of holding up the sky.
I tried to capture not the form, but the feeling—how the wind glides over the grass and walls.
The brushstrokes fell thick and stubborn, as if I were arguing with time itself.
There is no haste in this place, only a slow conversation between earth, wood, and light.
I wanted the viewer to sense the dampness of the well and the sweetness of the lilac.
And perhaps recall something of their own—quiet, forgotten, yet still alive.
