Original artwork description:

Crystal clear air of the Tyrolean Alps.
The few days spent in the Alps were unbelievably vivid to me. The first thing that struck the mountains was the incredible clean air. Having done the underdeath for this work in earth tones, I stopped. I really wanted to leave the picture monochrome. But after a while I added color. The color in the mountains is incredible. Air and distance change it, light and reflexes transform it. From that day I’m in love with the mountains.
