Pure abstraction inspired by many visits to the coastlines of Cornwall and Northumberland. Turquoise waters. Sunbleached sands. Chinks of colour with buoys and lobster creels.
The ocean is a constant theme to so many of Paul's paintings. Interprteted in a semi abstract manner, or pure abstraction reflecting the power, translucency and energy of the waters.
Oceanic Crescendo is sold in a smart white tray frame, and is painted in acrylic with lovely blends and varying textures.
