The artwork was shown at The Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead, May and sold at Battersea Oct 2025.
With prior artwork "O Maracjua" exhibited and sold at the Affordable Art Fair Battersea 2025, "O Limao 2" emerges as a contemporary oil painting. Deliberate attention to the fruit's placement, scale, and color, all meticulously executed, enriches the artwork. The artwork also complements O Limao 1 and 3, which were painted together.
The background, crafted with an ombré effect in oil, introduces depth and luminosity to the painting, creating an illusion of the lemon bursting with vivid hues as it hangs in the air.
