"He said he fell in love with me at first glance. His bed is so warm. He was so amazing! He's taking a shower now. A billionaire. From Milan. I've got only five minutes to think over his proposal and make a decision. He wants me to leave my husband - stupid, senseless, extremely jealous military officer. I feel this is a major shift in my life. So unexpected... So crazy... I'm at a crossroad..."
Creating this drawing, the artist was inspired by a life story of a woman who'd left her husband without saying a word for an Italian billionaire who was shortly thereafter arrested and sentenced to ten years imprisonment.
Gala dreamed of having a portrait by Egon Schiele. Unfortunately, they missed each other in time. But the sketches inspired by his work turned out to be interesting.
