Artwork n.710
Not your doll - 34 (n.710)
Dimensions: 85,00 cm x 65,00 cm x 2,50 cm
Acrylic painting on shredded paper on canvas (mix media)
This painting is a fascinating and intricate portrait, created using a collage technique of torn and shredded paper.
The fragmentation of the materials creates a unique aesthetic, where colors and textures blend to form a cohesive yet chaotic image.
Fragments of magazine and newspaper prints are visible, adding a level of depth and history to the work.
I used the chromatic variation of the pieces of paper to outline the facial and body features, with touches of pink, blue, and black that bring the figure to life.
The final effect is a dynamic and modern work, inviting the viewer to look closely to discover individual details while admiring the painting as a whole.
---
It's a collage made with acrylics and lots of little pieces of paper on which you can read words and phrases scattered here and there.
It is often like this when we really get close to the other person: we perceive their secret messages sometimes yes, sometimes no.
This is sold unframed, ready to hang with a hook on the back.
The surface has small reliefs and I love to caress it, feeling it...
I also use acrylic resin in surface that gives a glossy effect and protect colors against sunshine and dust.
Signed and dated in back.
Different light sources can give different colours on the photos.
Sizes can be slightly different as I prepare the wooden frame myself, pull the canvas and spread it by fixing it on the frame.

Thanks.
