Artwork description:

This small 12x12 cm midiprint is based on a photograph of the Northern Lights that appeared in the sky earlier one year in my favourite part of North Yorkshire. This layered print is made up of a monoprint base which lends a loose painterly feel for the lights , with a lithograph second layer to add some structure followed by an image transfer to bring back a little of the original photograph.

There may be printmaking marks or creases on the paper outside the image, which is due to the handmade nature of the printmaking.

Prints will be packaged in sturdy reinforced cardboard envelopes or tubes, or in cardboard boxes if framed. All artworks posted within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed which (usually!) arrives the next day after dispatch before 1pm.

Artworks sent to Europe and beyond are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, and usually arrive within a week of dispatch. The price for Global Shipping is set to cater for different sizes and weights of artworks; I always refund the customer the excess amount if the actual cost when I get to the Post Office works out cheaper. International shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country, payable by the customer on receipt.
