Original artwork description
Nonna 🇮🇹 – Homes of the World
A house that holds an entire lifetime...
She knows every crack in the old stones. She knows which window catches the first morning light and how long the afternoon sun lingers on the walls. Year after year, she plants the same flowers beneath the windows and steps through the same doorway every morning.
Perhaps she was born here. Perhaps one day she will leave it for the last time.
Until then, she opens the shutters each morning, waters the flowers, and quietly watches over the home that has watched over her for a lifetime.
Just a house… holding an entire life within its walls.
