When creating Night Prayer, I sought to portray a moment of serenity and spiritual elevation. The girl sits silently in the night, her expression introspective, as if listening to the whispers of the stars or speaking to her soul. The white doves represent purity and hope, circling her like rising wishes in a dream.
I used cool tones of blues and purples to construct a mysterious night atmosphere, with splattered paint techniques to create starlight and a dreamlike texture. The girl’s skin and delicate dress were rendered with soft brushwork, giving her a gentle radiance amid the depth. The painting drifts between realism and fantasy, aiming to evoke a quiet resonance in the viewer’s heart.
