This large painting with an evening city landscape was started the day before the start of the war in Ukraine. It took some time and the painting sat on the easel before I could go back to it and finish it. This art work reflects some of the tension in the background of the usual regular city life. This is the state when nothing has happened yet, but you feel an incomprehensible anxiety. Art work has some historical significance in my art, as it is the starting point between the past life and the new one, with a completely different perception of the world.
