Bold abstract that was done with acrylic and mixed media on heavy watercolor paper.
It is signed on the front and back along with the title and date created.
I name my pieces by what occurred while painting the piece. With this particular piece I was moving differently and slower. The name (for a lack of a better phrase) is a double entendre'...it was growth, I felt, in my art and it also reminded me of new growth on vines climbing on wrought iron, the green against the black.
