In Nature 476, I let the ink and fluid acrylic run freely along a diagonal axis, guiding the turquoise and mint flows until they hit the dense, charcoal mass I had built at the centre. I wasn't trying to depict anything specific — I was following the tension between transparency and opacity, between release and resistance. The gold flecks emerged almost accidentally, catching in the wet pigment as it pooled and fractured. The result is something between a tide and an impact: a moment of force held still.

The work is built on a heavily textured gesso ground, with successive layers of fluid ink and acrylic applied wet-on-wet and dry-on-dry. The edges are carefully finished — no frame required.

Stretched on a solid wooden frame with carefully finished 4 cm (1.5") deep edges — no frame needed. The work arrives ready to hang, signed on the back, with a certificate of authenticity. Packed with maximum protection for safe international shipping.
