Nature 309 (2023) Original Acrylic Painting by Muriel Napoli

I created Nature 309 as a diptych — two panels that breathe together, each one completing the other in a continuous flow of organic form. I sought to capture the silent energy found in natural structures: the way a petal unfolds, the way ink meets water and finds its own path across the surface. I first apply a thick layer of gesso to build relief and texture on each panel, then I let ink, watercolour and acrylic flow and merge, creating ethereal organic shapes that seem to grow from one canvas to the next. The result is a large two-panel abstract composition in blue, grey and black — quiet yet powerful, introspective yet commanding. The diptych format gives the work a sense of breathing rhythm, as if the two panels are in silent conversation. Painted on professional-grade canvas with 4 cm deep edges, carefully finished on all sides. Both panels ready to hang with certificate of authenticity. Shipped with maximum protective packaging.
